I just finished my first day of Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred.
It is effin' nuts!!!

I guess it's all good though! After 10 days at Level 1 I was starting to get bored.
So I welcome the punch in the gut from my new friend, Level 2!

I have not done The Shred in so long and you are motivating me to try it out again. Now if only I could find the DVD. Surely I burned it or something.
